Tournament Release Form

Official tournament release form.

Release forms must be turned no later than 1 hour after the scales close on the day the fish was caught to receive credit. They can either be 1) submitted online below OR 2) downloaded and turned in to the Big Rock weigh station, or a scanned copy or photo of the completed release form can be emailed to ncdubillfish@gmail.com. Release forms showing catch and daily points (in categories) must be signed/submitted by the boat captain. Release Forms will be in the captain's bag and will be available at the tournament headquarters daily at the Big Rock Weigh Station.

All billfish must be reported when hooked, lost, boated or released. Use radio frequency VHF CHANNEL 71.
