Tournament Release Form

Official tournament release form.

Release forms must be turned in each day to the committee prior to the close of the scales to receive credit. They can be turned in to the Big Rock weigh station, or a scanned copy or photo of the completed release form can be texted or e-mailed to Mark at 252-240-9221 or ncdubillfish@gmail.com or JD at 910-358-5080.

All billfish must be reported when hooked, lost, boated or released. Use radio frequency VHF CHANNEL 71.
